Your Mission

As the Manager of Brand Communications, you will play a pivotal role in growing Foleon’s brand presence through compelling campaigns and programs for both prospects and customers. You will foster collaboration and creativity across the marketing organization, designing and supporting consistently excellent communications programs that build brand position and drive commercial success across all paid, owned and earned channels.

Your Job

  • Develop and Execute Brand Communication Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive brand communication strategy that aligns with the company's overall commercial objectives and targets key audiences, taking into account all channels, and audiences at all parts of the marketing funnel. Craft clear, consistent, and compelling messaging that aligns with the brand's values, mission, and objectives. Developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all communication channels.

  • Advertising and Promotions: Planning and executing advertising campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market and adjust communication strategies accordingly.

  • Collaboration: Work side by side with the Demand Generation, Customer Marketing and Product Marketing leaders to ensure commercial objectives are supported by excellent full funnel programs and campaigns that deliver demonstrable results.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts and make data-driven improvements. Developing and managing budgets for brand communication activities and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Content Excellence: Oversee and support the creation of content for a range of audiences, ensuring the structured, effective customer/prospect journeys and the realization of a demonstrably effective full-funnel marketing communications approach (Awareness, Consideration, Decision, Expansion, Retention).

  • Brand Development: Support and guide the team in further developing the Foleon brand, ensuring consistently excellent on-brand execution across all marketing communications, and that all campaigns and programs further develop and strengthen the brand across all channels to all audiences.

Your Competencies & Skills

  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, social media, paid advertising and content creation, including brand positioning, brand equity, and brand identity, and the ability to develop and maintain a strong brand image.

  • Creative thinking and storytelling skills to develop innovative and engaging content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

  • Critical thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing communication plans based on higher strategic objectives.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform brand communication strategies.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Several years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, public relations, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective communication strategies in leadership roles.
  • Expertise with digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, content management systems, analytics platforms, and email marketing software.
